Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your FINE products. Should something not be right after all, you'll find all the information about returns here.

1. Returns (how it works)

You have the right to return your items to us within 14 days of delivery. As our products are cosmetics, we ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused goods in their original packaging.

Here's how to proceed:

1. Registration: Please let us know briefly by e-mail at info@finecosmetic.club that you would like to return items.

2. Packaging: Send the products securely packaged to the following address: Finor GmbH Kurfürstendamm 194 10707 Berlin

3. Costs: As the buyer, you bear the direct costs of the return. Please make sure to affix sufficient postage to the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid shipments.

4. Refund: As soon as the goods have reached us and been inspected, we will refund the amount via the payment method originally used.

2. Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Finor GmbH, Kurfürstendamm 194, 10707 Berlin, e-mail: info@finecosmetic.club) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You can also declare your withdrawal via our online withdrawal function („Withdraw from contract“) at finecosmetic.club/pages/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) reproducing the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
